Gary received his MFA in Theatrical Scenic and Lighting Design from the University of Central Florida in the Summer of 2008 after completing his thesis: A Scenic Design for Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show. He is currently working in and around the Orlando area as an Event Decorator and Planned Work Specialist for the Disney Event Group in the field of Decorating Support. He has worked with theatres up and down the east coast, including The Orlando Repertory Theatre, Triad Stage, and The North Carolina Shakespeare Festival, just to name a few. Occasionally, Gary works as a mentor and adjudicator to university and high school design classes and festivals. In his free time, he is usually found working pro bono drafting as an assistant to area scenic and lighting designers.
